1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official holidays.
You will receive a notification email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times:

United States & Canada: 7–15 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates. Delivery may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather conditions.
