30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Smart Cook by Chef Marín, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell, and we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Products with missing or damaged original packaging.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@chefshometools.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Please do not send your item back without prior authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at hello@chefshometools.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@chefshometools.com with a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will prioritize your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
