José Marín began his culinary journey at the age of sixteen in Girona, and since then his career has taken him across some of Spain’s leading gastronomic and tourism destinations. He has worked in renowned establishments throughout the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Cantabria, Cuba, and the Caribbean. Over the years, he has held leadership positions within major international hotel groups such as Barceló Hotel Group, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, Meliá Hotels International, and Bahía Príncipe Hotels & Resorts. He has led multidisciplinary teams, participated in hotel openings, and developed gastronomic concepts that served thousands of guests every day.
